The origin of this media commotion dates back to late 2025, during a candid interview that the interpreter granted to journalist Leonor Suárez in the framework of the Latin GRAMMY Talks sessions.

In that encounter, the so-called «Trap Queen» addressed a topic that had intrigued her audience for years: the true reason why a considerable part of her musical repertoire is explicitly dedicated to women. Far from dodging the question, the artist offered an answer that left everyone speechless.

During the chat, Cazzu explained that her musical connection with the female audience has a deeply familial and affective root.

The Argentine confessed that her main source of inspiration was her own sister, Florencia Cazzuchelli. «In my music, I was always singing to the girls because my sister always chose girls, in fact, she is happily married to her wife,» she declared openly. With this, she sought to give voice to her sister’s feelings and visualize her reality.

However, what truly sparked speculation about her coming out was the forceful phrase she launched immediately after.

Cazzu theorized about female sexuality in general, assuring that, unlike men, women possess a different openness.

«I always say that all women are bisexual unlike men who have more social impediments… all girls like a girl,» she asserted, including herself in a certain way in the statement.
