This sparked reactions both within and outside of Univision, where some people supported his frustration while others reprimanded him for his comments.

«The other day I had a tough day on the show because I see that I’m cut off the air, and I mentioned it, and some people say that I was right,» Raúl mentioned.

«I’m tired of a producer coming and cutting me off while I’m talking about something important without saying anything,» the host added.

«And they wouldn’t do that to Jorge Ramos, whom I respect a lot, but I don’t think they would do it to him; I don’t think they would do it to Don Francisco. Why do they do it to me?» he said.

De Molina emphasized the importance of maintaining the essence of the program that has been successful for over two decades.

«They have to understand that this program was for Lili and me to talk, this is what gave it the ratings and what made the show,» De Molina shared.

«And now they want to cram 20 news stories into the program that viewers have already seen on other shows, and I don’t think that’s the normal thing they should do,» he underscored.

The 65-year-old presenter reflected on the challenges of the television business, including envy and internal competition for jobs.

«Because there are a bunch of people who envy you and want you to fail and try to dig up stories about you,» the Univisión host pointed out.

«Don Francisco was on the air for 35 years or I don’t know how many, but it was once a week; we are five days a week for almost 26 years,» he emphasized.
