  • Republican’s Controversial Plans Revealed.
  • Two Polarizing Measures.

Donald Trump’s first day back in the White House will be January 20, and his controversial plans for this pivotal day have already been disclosed.

Two key issues are stirring debate regarding what Trump intends to enact during his first hours as U.S. president: immigration and the Capitol assault.

The abolition of birthright citizenship and the pardoning of individuals charged in the Capitol assault are at the forefront of his agenda.

According to a report by Agencia EFE via Swissinfo, these are the critical topics expected to dominate discussions when Trump takes office and begins signing executive orders on his first day.

At noon on January 20, Donald Trump will take the oath of office on the steps of the Capitol. He will then head to the White House to begin signing executive orders.

One of his key proposals is to eliminate birthright citizenship, a right guaranteed by the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

This measure is in addition to his plan for the largest deportation campaign in U.S. history, a move that has 11 million undocumented immigrants on edge.

The challenge for abolishing birthright citizenship is significant, as it would require a constitutional amendment, approval by two-thirds of Congress, and ratification by three-fourths of the 50 states.

Pardon for Capitol Rioters

Another key issue on Donald Trump’s agenda is the pardoning of nearly 250 individuals charged in the Capitol assault. Trump has stated that these individuals are “living in hell.”

He also plans to dismiss special counsel Jack Smith, who indicted him in the Capitol assault case. However, since the charges have been resolved, this may no longer be necessary.

Trump’s team aims to make his first day in office unprecedented in U.S. history.

As of now, it remains unclear which foreign leaders will attend the billionaire’s inauguration ceremony.
