The incident occurred shortly before 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, at a location on Constituyentes Avenue, between Bustillos and Colombres.
The blast triggered a large emergency response, with firefighters rushing to extinguish the fire.

According to La Nación, at least four people were injured.
They include three men aged 41, 47, and 38, as well as an 18-year-old teenager.
The young man is in critical condition due to head injuries.
The fire lasted approximately two hours.
