In an interview with the morning show Hoy Día, Doña Rosa revealed her plans for this sad and fateful day.
With the Rivera family divided—Jenni Rivera’s parents and siblings on one side, and her children on the other—Doña Rosa plans to spend the day with the singer’s fans.
The mother of La Gran Señora confessed that she remains tormented and heartbroken by the way her daughter lost her life.

«We will celebrate it at home as we always do. The fans are the ones who organize everything because I don’t handle the money or any of it,» she said. «I open my home to them, and they are always welcome, but they are the ones who take care of everything,» added Doña Rosa. She admitted that the anniversary remains an emotionally challenging day, something she believes will never change. «It’s terrible; yes, it’s been difficult, but God has given me so much strength, which is why I’m still here,» she shared.
Doña Rosa Has Had Health Challenges

«I’ve had surgeries on my eyes, for cataracts… thank you so much for caring about Jenni and her legacy. You’ve been there all this time, and that’s how the legend lives on,» she expressed.
