Yet, that wasn’t the most notable aspect of their announcement. The video included a snippet of the song.

They were also joined by another group who collaborated with them on the new track.

Yahritza y Su Esencia appeared alongside the lead vocalist of Banda MS, singing a preview of Quédate Conmigo (Stay with Me).

The video served as a notice to their followers that Banda MS was collaborating with Yahritza y Su Esencia.

Commenting on the video, some expressed their dissatisfaction with the band.

While a few people praised the new Banda MS song, others weren’t so flattering.

The majority of fans have made it clear that they feel betrayed by the group.

«Right now, not Banda MS, I’d rather listen to Peso Pluma.» «Not you, Banda MS.» «You betrayed me, my Banda MS,» some commented.

Fans of the popular group have not hesitated to show their disapproval of the collaboration with Yahritza y Su Esencia.

«I’m quite sensitive, I know I won’t like this song.» «What if they sing it alone? It still works,» are other comments.

«I expected this from everyone but you, Banda MS.» «Could this be the end of Banda MS?» others chimed in.

Neither group has responded to the comments the announcement.

However, it’s evident that the online community has not forgotten Yahritza y Su Esencia’s remarks.

However, others in the industry have spoken out on behalf of the Seattle siblings.

Personalities such as presenter Alejandra Espinoza and Larry Hernandez’s wife, Kenia Ontiveros, have chimed in.

Kenia Ontiveros defended Yahritza y su Esencia’s comments during a livestream with Larry Hernandez.

«People latch onto the negative, why don’t they focus on the positive?» Ontiveros said when asked about the issue.

«Why not let Yahritza enjoy the food from wherever she wants?» she asked her viewers.

«Then they say, ‘Oh, she doesn’t like Mexico anymore’,» she went on during the live stream, although her husband asked her to stop.

Alejandra Espinoza also expressed her annoyance at the recent attacks the siblings have faced.

«Rarely do people truly speak their minds, especially in this terrible industry,» the presenter said.

«Now we have to please everyone. ‘Yes, I loved it! I enjoyed it so much, how fabulous’,» the Mexican celebrity lamented.

«No. I’m Mexican, but not everyone has to like Mexico!» she concluded, frustrated.
