A witness reported seeing two bodies on the street after hearing a loud crash.

The deceased were identified as brothers Ausberto and Michael Gutiérrez.

Surveillance video and parts of a vehicle helped identify Perez-García’s vehicle, a white Chevrolet Traverse.

Records indicate that García has never had a driver’s license issued by the Wisconsin DOT.
