Privacy Policy

1. Who operates MundoNow
MundoNow is operated by Conocer Digital Holdings, Inc., a Georgia corporation. This policy covers the MundoNow website, newsletters, and related digital services.
2. Data handled by the current service
When you use MundoNow, the service can process information you submit, such as an email address, name, newsletter selections, and messages sent to support. The website also creates technical and usage records needed to deliver and understand the service, including page and referrer paths, content identifiers and categories, language, timestamps, consent signals, browser and device characteristics, performance measurements, and interactions with articles, forms, and advertising.
Newsletter delivery and engagement can include subscription status and email open or click events reported by the newsletter provider. Advertising and measurement events are not admitted to every destination automatically; the site evaluates the consent and privacy signals described below.
3. Why the data is used
- to deliver pages, newsletters, subscriptions, and requested support;
- to measure readership, site performance, and content effectiveness;
- to select, deliver, limit, and measure advertising where the applicable consent permits it;
- to detect errors, abuse, fraud, and service-integrity problems; and
- to honor opt-out, consent, and suppression choices.
4. Consent and privacy signals
MundoNow uses GPM as its consent-management interface. The site reads IAB TCF signals when GDPR applies and US Privacy or GPP signals where applicable. Analytics and advertising destinations have separate admission rules. When GDPR applies, the current first-party telemetry path requires a resolved TCF signal and the purpose permissions configured for the destination; a missing, unresolved, or denied signal does not authorize that destination. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable the first-party collection path where the current consent policy recognizes them.
You can reopen the consent controls made available on the site to review or change your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
5. Service providers and recipients
The current service integrates providers used for consent, hosting, analytics, newsletters, advertising, media, and performance. Depending on the page, configuration, and your consent, these can include Cloudflare, GPM, Google services (including Google Analytics and Google advertising), Meta, Beehiiv, Taboola, Microsoft/Bing, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising demand partners selected by the site’s ad stack. A provider receives only the events admitted to its configured path.
MundoNow does not state that every provider is active on every page or for every visitor. Provider activation depends on the page, environment, feature configuration, geography, and available consent signal.
6. International processing
MundoNow is operated from the United States and uses service providers that may process data in more than one country. The current technical repository does not establish which GDPR transfer mechanism applies to every provider. Questions about the governing transfer mechanism for a specific provider may be sent to the contact below.
7. Retention
Different records have different operational retention needs. Newsletter suppression records may be retained to prevent further mail after an unsubscribe, and consent records may be retained to honor or demonstrate a choice. The current technical repository does not establish one verified retention period for every analytics, advertising, newsletter, support, or security record. A request for the applicable period or criteria may be sent to the contact below.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority. MundoNow will evaluate each request under the law that applies to the requester and the relevant data.
To submit a request, email help@mundonow.com. MundoNow may need information sufficient to locate the relevant records and verify the requester before completing a request.
9. US state privacy choices
MundoNow does not sell contact lists for money. The site can use cookies, pixels, and advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising when the applicable privacy and consent signals permit it. Some US state laws describe that activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.
You may use the site’s privacy controls or email help@mundonow.com to request an opt-out. Newsletter marketing can also be stopped with the unsubscribe link in the message.
10. Children
MundoNow is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly seek personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact MundoNow so the report can be investigated.
11. Security and changes
MundoNow uses administrative and technical controls intended to protect service data, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
